As a non-expert user, I couldn't tell the difference between a conventional mibox and a stick, thus I don't get all the complaints. On the other hand, I had the service set up and installed for me immediately after purchase for a total cost of $1,000. Maybe that's the key distinction. I have no idea what I would do if I had to do it by myself. Pros: The television was successfully installed, eliminating the need for unsightly wires. The network has good reception. Cons: it freezes occasionally, however no more frequently than a standard mibox. How well the Internet at home functions is a key factor.
