These brakes were installed on my 2009 Mazda 3i (I entered all applicable part numbers directly into PowerStop). After running in as instructed, they worked flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. If they deformed, made noise or vibrated, they would have already done so. I've driven them 4,000 miles and they're about as smooth and quiet as can be. Follow the break-in (landing/docking) instructions and you'll be fine. Now I will be ordering a rear kit and a full kit for my wife's charger. No regret.
