Hunk O' Junk The pen kept falling apart on first use. The handle is connected in 2 places with a screw and a long threaded part that goes into the holes when aligned. This device does not work. No matter how they are attracted, they still get weaker. I found an old drawer and put it back together in one place and used a paperclip threaded through the holes and twisted to secure the second slot. I use twine and paperclips to keep the bag closed. The accordion-style tube that carries the dirt into the bag broke after a month, blowing all the dirt out through the cracks. I used tape for the repair. The vacuum seems to be working fine for the time being after these repairs (until the following happens). It's really a shame, because the vacuum cleaner has a nice wide head, a long cable and good suction power. With higher value parts it would be easy to maintain a vacuum.
