We have had this grater for a few months now and have used it extensively on carrot,radish,cheese,horseradish,black radish,ginger,orange/lemon/lime peel, apples , Celery Root and More! Horseradish is usually a test of the strength of a grater. This enjoys a high reputation. beautiful. Will update if/when it breaks. Easy to clean (just a dish brush and water after fruit or veg - add a little dish soap to remove grease from cheese) and I like the rubber base, it stays stable on any surface. I use a container to store (unshredded) blue cheese. Does a great smell job :-)
