Pros: Natural, inexpensive, absorbs well Cons: Stinks. Not sure how the people with good reviews got this to absorb the smell well because it doesn't. After a while the whole room stinks of sewage. Most clay spatulas don't leave the whole room smelly, even if I don't clean the box for a while. Clumps break down when ingested. Consequently, I end up leaving a lot of pellets already soaked with urine. Maybe that's one of the reasons why it smells so bad. Since realizing this, I don't even try to save fresh pellets from lumps. I just throw away whatever I create, not even trying to shake things up to save a little. It's dusty there. Well, except clay filler. Clay fillers usually dust during processing. It is not that much. But cats get it all over their bodies and they start smelling bad.
