My 5 year old daughter loves the camera. We had to buy a new one as she puts it in the water without a suitcase. This camera is almost the same as the old one. The bag protects the camera very well. My 5 year old can independently monitor the camera, take photos, shoot videos and play games. I like to take it with me on trips to keep it busy without getting in the way of my driving. The camera is very light. We can easily attach to our 12" and 16" bike. It also works on our electric scooter.
