Anna from Cookeezi Customer Service was a great help in returning these items. However, the entire batch of juicers themselves have material defects in my opinion. I bought four juicers in four months and had to return all four. They show noticeable rust after 2 weeks but always within 30 days. Maybe it's because I put them in the dishwasher. However, they are advertised as being dishwasher safe. All four I bought at different times (3 replaced by Revain Prime and one replaced by Anna) developed rust in the corners of the bowl in an area that could have touched the flesh of the lemons. The stainless steel juicer I had before is still rust free after 2 years of ownership. But I liked the ease of compressing this Cookeezi. Carpal tunnel hands were much easier. It may have a great warranty, but I'd rather not return it for a replacement every month. Incredible tasks. I'll try another brand of stainless steel. I hope they can find out how to stop rusting, then I will gladly buy again because of the comfortable grip.
