My hips measure 38 inches and the fit is just right. If I lift the skirt up to the waist, you have a lot more space. The same goes for the waist. I'm 31 inches tall when I put the skirt on my belly button fits perfectly but you still have room to move (about 2 inches). All in all, this is a really good buy.
