I am so pleasantly surprised by the size of the bag and the quality. I received 2 packs and assumed that I can only use them on my (women's shoes). That suited me because I could easily use both "positions". However, I tried one in hubby's closet and his shoes fit well so he bought one. He wears a size 11 and the pockets are deep and wide enough for his evening shoes and sneakers. Note: I have a pair of "bigger" hard toe shoes that were too big to fit well. So the length is great; It's a thicker shoe that doesn't stay on either. Regular tennis shoes/dress shoes work great. What a good solution to remove the shoes from the floor and hang them in front of the door. The hooks make it easy to close the door while still keeping the shelf in place. I also like that the bags are made of durable mesh (I've had hard plastic bags that tear easily and hurt my eyes a bit. While these racks aren't very visible, they look better than others.
