Someone wrote a review saying this strap is not as long as the Garmin strap. Yes, it's 1/4 inch shorter. So this person gave 2 stars because of the 1/4 inch. Let me tell you that I like this band more and that it's a bit shorter and I have pretty big wrists. This watch band uses the same quick release connector as Garmin branded bands, making it very easy to replace your Garmin band with this. Also, the Garmin strap is more stretchable (stretchable), and because of this I have sometimes unknowingly stretched the strap when putting it on my wrist. This can result in a very uncomfortable fit. This strap does not stretch like the Garmin strap, making it much easier to get the right fit compared to the Garmin strap. This watch strap also appears to be durable. I waited a few months to write this review to see how this harness would respond to the demands of the sport and it passed the test with flying colors.
