Excellent. I make my own pain relief cream (Essentials)
I use 1/3 cup of each scent in a double boiler - muscle spasm and pain relief can be worth the wait and for me worth the extra money if that's in any way helps, great. I make my own pain relief cream (Essentials) and these are the 3 main ingredients I use. Not all, as there are others out there, but you can't go wrong with magnesium, which is a great muscle relaxant.
