I like to use the spiralizer on my carb and dairy free diet. I make pasta with everything from zucchini to butternut squash to sweet potatoes. I have had another model of Sur La Table in the past which was very difficult to clean so I ended up going with this one as it was the cheapest large version I could find. It's really easy to take apart and clean, which is great since these things get so much plant matter stuck in their blades.
