Review on 🌶️ Peugeot Paris Chef u'Select Stainless Steel 18cm - 7" Pepper Mill: Premium Quality Spice Grinder for Gourmet Cooking by Logan Broadnax

I bought this mill about 8 months ago. Worked great for the first 6 months. He grinds the peppers until smooth. After 6 months, the mill only started turning the mechanism but not grinding the pepper. The grinder will grind the pepper for about 5 revolutions, then stop grinding for the next 10 revolutions, and then grind again for about 5 revolutions. I've tried many different types of pepper, all with the same result. I tried to contact Peugeot for warranty service two weeks ago but haven't received a reply yet. I bought this very expensive grinder with a 5 year warranty but the warranty is worthless if the company doesn't respond to service calls. Next time I will look for an American made grinder to hopefully improve customer service.
