Bought as an 'open box' (saved $10). The plastic inserts (used to attach the stand to the base) were missing along with some screws. But I decided I didn't need the base anyway, so I used zip ties to connect the top and bottom instead of screws. It worked great! Other reviewers note the lack of strength and loss of shelving. But the shelves need to be fixed with pliers. For added security, I attached the block to the wall. It works great with a large capacity and fits in a very tight (otherwise wasted) space.
