Should have read the reviews more closely. It was an extremely fast mixer. He scattered dough everywhere. If you decide to build a shield around it somehow. I can say that I will find the dough within a few days. You don't even need a turbo thing; the lowest speed is already too fast for me. Another problem is that I couldn't keep both blades inside. One fell out every time I turned on the blender. At least there was less money scattered around.
