Allsense Isn’t Quite the Convenient "One-Stop Shop " They Promote Itself To Be

I'm sorry to report that my time spent as an Allsense customer was not satisfying. They do have a variety of goods available, but it's not nearly as extensive as they make it seem. Their shoe and jewelry selections are also not especially original or on-trend. There is nothing particularly remarkable about their medical supplies and tools. Their support team is pleasant, but they didn't appear to know much about the items they were selling. I inquired for assistance in locating an item, and the employee looked confused; she had to consult with a coworker. Another problem is shipping. Their delivery times are longer than those of competing web stores, but they give free shipping on larger orders. It took over a week for my order to arrive, and I really required it sooner. Last but not least, I was dissatisfied with the goods' quality. The shoes I purchased were awful to wear and quickly wore out. The jewelry I bought gave off a cheap impression and soon became tarnished. While Allsense bills itself as a "one-stop shop" for a wide variety of items, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the goods they offered, the friendliness of their customer service representatives, and the speed with which I received my orders. I won't be making any future purchases from them.

Pros
  • A wide variety of merchandise available.
Cons
  • Not a one-of-a-kind assortment of footwear or jewels.
