I bought this product in November 2017.

I bought this product in November 2017. Since it is in the second house, we used it for about a month in November 2017. When we returned to our second home in March 2018, I turned it on and the USB ports didn't work. After 10 minutes the ports started to smoke and the fuse in the house blew. What else do I have to say?
