Review on Sennheiser HD 400S: Premium Closed Back Around Ear Headphones with Smart Remote and Detachable Cable by Tiffany Steele

The sound is exceptionally clear for headphones in this price range. However, they're smaller than you'd probably expect, which leads to two problems: - Although the earcups are advertised as on-ear, they're quite small and barely fit around my (rather average-sized) ears. DO NOT buy this if you have big ears. No matter how much you adjust it, the headband always feels like it's pressing against my skull. Incredibly uncomfortable for prolonged use. The only form of padding is a thin (rubber?) strip that gives slightly to the underlying plastic. These headphones almost seem like they were made for a child. I have never worn headphones with such an uncomfortable headband. When I want to listen to music, I'd rather not feel like I have a nutcracker on my head. I'll try to get over it, but I can't help but feel like I'll probably have to return her at some point.
