Used my girlfriend's model for a while (she bought it about 3 years ago) and she really liked it! I ordered it myself and was totally disappointed. My Complaints: First, the material in several different places on the belt has been replaced with cheaper materials like the lining and belt strap. The waist belt is my biggest gripe as it's a cheaper material and doesn't hold up as well as the old model (less thread count in the new fabric). Once you add a modern phone (iPhone X, Samsung 9 or other touchscreen phone) to your backpack, it will bounce up and down your waist (and not small, but a decent inch or two!); As you might expect, it gets boring pretty quickly! Since this is a cheap fabric, stretching does not help as the fabric is already thinly stretched near the holder itself. Also, they didn't even cut a hole in the fabric for the headphone jack to go through! Very disappointed with the general deterioration in quality; stop being cheap and return the original stuff you had and then you have a great product again! If you're just walking around with this thing, then you can buy it. If you run or exercise at a decent intensity, avoid this product.
