Review on 🐶 The Honest Kitchen Human Grade Dehydrated Grain Free Dog Food: A Wholesome Meal or Flavorful Food Topper by Jennifer Scott

First of all I have to say this is AMAZING dog food! My dog has been eating grain free chicken from The Honest Kitchen for a while and it is a very healthy clean food for humans and she LOVES it! This food does wonders for his health and he thrives on it. That was until I bought a box from this site. When I first opened the box I noticed that the food was very powdery and much lighter in color (see picture) than any other box I've bought elsewhere. I have never bought this food from Revain before. I didn't think about it much at first, as the days go by I didn't notice that there are hardly any chunks of veg or fruit (the usual things I see), it didn't have that strong chicken broth smell either. (that's how I usually describe it). My dog ate it much slower than any previous box and didn't look as excited. After the meal he started to burp, which he had never done before at that meal. After about 10 days in this box I noticed that he was losing a lot. *NOTE: My LABR doesn't normally shed much on this lining!* so I've always wondered about the absolute authenticity of this lining. I can't prove anything other than that I really think it's not exactly the same food. That's the problem. I ordered another box of the same food from The Honest Kitchens website and it was much darker and full of chunks of fruit and veg. So I threw away the one I bought here. To this day my dog is very happy about the new food box, no burping and much less hair to sweep up. That's all the evidence I need. I wholeheartedly recommend this food but I will be ordering it from the manufacturer's website where you get coupons and discounts and the food is 100% their food.
