Review on ReflikOne by Jimmy Hargrove

I love how easy it was to use with our team. We had several jobs open at once so we could easily keep up! The ability for me as one user to see all other applicants from my department allowed us to be more efficient in matching people together. It's great because you can set your own criteria to match profiles against eachother but also allows multiple users within the same organization or job posting access to view different aspects of resumes/profiles without having to re-enter information every time. Sometimes when refreshing there were issues where it would show no results even though there are still many available applications (this may have been fixed recently). In order to maximize efficiency this tool has helped greatly during interviews for new hires.
