Nice and soft. With lots of space.
I love this handbag. The only drawback for me is the size of the outside pocket. It's only 7 inches, which isn't enough for my phone. Otherwise this bag is great. The leather is amazing as it slides off easily at the top. This makes it easy to place it in a small niche at work. A large 1" outside pocket makes this bag perfect.
