I'm ordering this whisk because of all the good reviews and I love the idea of scraping while mixing; However, this whisk only works at its best given the reviews. I order the recommended Kitchen Aid whisk, but it still leaves a significant amount of batter on the sides of the mixing bowl that needs to be scraped off with a spatula. I've tried the beater on several recipes of different consistencies, but the beater's performance hasn't improved. If I still need to empty the bowl, what is the benefit of this item?
