I used the dimensions of my drop top coffee table which has 3 open storage compartments below to find the perfect storage basket. I found a few that "might work" and I love the colors. But I really didn't want to stuff the baskets to stand on their own, but something that is strong on all 4 sides and the bottom. While I wish this basket was brown to match my table, or even black to match the table accent color, I figured the size and strength of these baskets would make me choose them. They are absolutely perfect in size for my application. Actually, they are made for this table. They are durable and also look great in gray instead of brown/black. Highly recommend if you are looking for a basket that can stand on its own and meets your size requirements.
