usage for a period of half a year. These are the very first headphones I've ever owned. A month later, I went out and purchased a fostex a3 DAC/amplifier. These are basically standard headphones in transparent color. Listening to jazz or lounge music, especially with ambient elements, is a wonderfully relaxing experience. But, they are not sufficient for songs with a fast tempo. I ordered dt 770. As soon as the package arrives, I'll let you know how I'm feeling.
