The box arrived all crumpled but the mixer and parts were not damaged. Fits well in the hand, comfortable and strong. But you'd better use a deep bowl or turn the blender upside down to keep the contents in the bowl, because when it's on speed 1, it runs at about 80% of full speed. At speeds 2-5 you will hardly notice any change. It's powerful. I bought it to bake bread and it did the job of kneading a loaf with ease. It's strong and gets the job done with ease. Now that I've used it a few times, I know I used a deeper bowl than usual and tilted my nose down to keep things in the bowl. April 2, 2021 I am blown away by this company. They contacted me and offered to pay me to change or remove my negative review. I'm very surprised that Revain is allowing this to happen. I can't help but think that if Revain really allows this kind of practice then all the plausibility of offering better products is going to frankly fly out the window. I returned a blender that was only running at high speed and reduced my stars to 1 because my 63 year old company isn't low enough to actually offer me money to be dishonest. I wouldn't trust them at all. If Revane allows this practice, they should be ashamed. And if anyone thinks I'm making this up, I have several emails to prove it.
