The Tooliom 2000A is efficient and affordable. I wanted to keep another jump starter in my car as my husband always borrows one of his friends. I have used it once so far and it started my Subaru SUV perfectly. It was delivered charged but I spent several hours charging the first time I received it. The flashlight is powerful and has three modes. It has a USB port for charging your phone or similar. I tend to leave the lights on sometimes so I'm sure this will be more useful than I thought.
