I got this to organize my sock drawer which it did. If you assemble like in the picture, then the holes are very small. They fit my thinner socks, but for fluffy socks I had to make the holes bigger. But that's the beauty of this system. You can position it any way you like. It was a little tricky to assemble, but once you have your first pair of crosses things will go a lot better. I have arthritis in my hands so this was probably more of a challenge for me than most. The length fitted my drawer perfectly, but is easy to trim if you have the right tools. I think wire cutters or very strong scissors would work best. Overall I would buy it again if I needed more.
