So me thought my wrist would be too big since I'm a heavy person, but I can comfortably tighten it up to a 4/5 notch without being too tight or uncomfortable. I hate wearing jewelry on my wrist and fingers or even on my ears. It's convenient and very useful. I'm in medical school and needed used ones. This watch has a 30 second marker as well as military time so you don't have to count or guess. Very easy to read I recommend
