NOT SUITABLE for external accessories

Does not fit my 2001 FORD F250 SUPER DUTY 7.3 diesel engine. high. finally installed flush. Now I run the pipe up to the hole in the bumper and see that the socket on the jack is about 1/2 inch higher than the hole in the cross member and is offset. I don't want to fiddle with the frame cross member in any way to get this to work. Sorry, I usually make changes within reason, but that's not acceptable.
