I like that it's easy to use and has all the features we need. It can be very slow when running reports. Sometimes I get errors related to Excel but not always. We needed an end point manager for small business. This was great since it did everything we wanted and more without needing additional software or hardware. There aren't many downsides to this product. Just make sure you have enough resources for server side development. We realized after a couple of weeks that our staff was able to do most things they needed done themselves instead of having us do it for them.
