Review on Uoni V980Plus - Advanced Robot Vacuum Cleaner by Rick Ross

Suction was good but not very strong. There are still things left. More suitable for parquet floors where, like on carpet, it does not do very well. We have 3 dogs so we need something with strong suction. I had this vacuum cleaner for 2 days and on the 3rd day it stopped working due to an error saying 'abnormal radar speed'. Tech support never responded to troubleshooting and I tried factory reset, power cycle, wipe all sensors, whatever. Tried everything. And he didn't clean up anymore. The mopping function wasn't designed to wipe the floors in any way (just a damp microfiber cloth dragging behind it), but it did pick up some of the stuck-on dirt left behind by the vacuum. I didn't have high hopes for it so that's what I expected. The app worked well and was set up very well. It's a little tricky to get the hang of the restricted areas and such, but once you play around with it things are easier. Great how you could clean a specific room just by clicking zones and selecting the room you want to clean. Simple and convenient. The battery life was great, it went all around our house (bigger) and didn't get stuck once initially (surprising to me) and two had 25% battery life left after completion! That impressed me. I wish I could have a better customer experience and get the issue resolved as soon as possible because I liked the product overall, but I bought it to learn how to vacuum up all the dog hair and only used it for 2 days, it stopped working and no answer how to fix it. So I bought again from a different brand.
