Cheap - keep looking

Came in simple plastic bag, looked like it popped out of a vending machine. Two to a pack. Nothing special. Cheaply made. Not soft. My kiddo is older so it will be fine to keep belt off his neck since only needed short time. Would not get for younger child- slides easily on seatbelt, does not stay in place.
