Review on Pro Slice Peeler for Kiwi by Brooke Gill

I bought this peeler, which automatically cuts food (vegetable, fruit, cheese) into many thin strips in one movement, about 5 years ago. That works great. If I lost it, I would buy this product a second time without hesitation. It has saved me so much time when I am preparing food that I want to julienne. I can get very long strips of carrot and cucumber by sweeping from one end of the vegetable to the other in long strokes. I love this gadget and wonder how I managed to go without it for so many years. Here's a picture of a catfish salad I made using this cucumber and carrot peeler.
