Thick enough to cook food evenly
I used these deep foil pans to cook Thanksgiving sides and desserts in Connecticut and then Texas. I loved how much food they held, how portable they are, and how thick the walls and floor are so the food doesn't burn at all. I bought disposable pans to use and throw away to reduce the amount of utensils to be washed, but the pans stayed very clean and could be washed and reused. I'm glad I bought so many because family and friends also used them to take home leftovers. I love her!
