I like my shirts to be a little loose so this shirt fits me perfectly. I'm 6ft 170# so base your height on that. Slim Fit = Medium sized shirt. Comfortable/loose size = large shirt. Very well sewn. Read a shirt's washing instructions before mixing it with other shirts (may bleed after the first few washes). All in all a great purchase.
