Soft and stretchy on my review.
Super soft, feels like brushed cotton. Only thing I will say is, they're MUCH higher waisted than pictured. Well over the bellybutton and I'm 5'7". The pic must have folded them down. Soft and stretchy, though!

- The fabric is too thin to work out in but they are super soft and the colors are so pretty.
- I like spandex better but they are very pretty. A bit long for me but they are good for Pilates classes.
