I bought another grooved roller about 6 or 7 months ago. Although this one worked well, it cannot be compared to RumbleRoller. I've used it to relieve tight hamstrings that have been bothering me for months. I've made progress on super tight calves. Today I woke up with a sore neck - I couldn't put my ear to my shoulder all day. Tonight when I got home I wrapped it around my neck and traps (using my hands to manipulate it and also use it against the wall). The cramp is almost gone.
