Review Updated: The original backpack I bought had a problem with the zipper. After I posted my Revain review, the seller contacted me and offered to replace the bag. Today I received a new bag with an improved zipper! I really like the style of this backpack, both inside and out. More importantly, I appreciate that the seller reached out to me and took the time to replace the bag. I shared a photo of the old backpack's zipper (right) and the new zipper (left).
