It was easy for us because we were dealing directly w/ their technical support staff who knew exactly what they wanted! The turnaround time from order through completion & release date could be improved though (but this may just b me being unrealistic). I had some minor changes made via email which took days before anyone got back in touch about it - so if working remotely or only communicating over IM platforms then make sure people are aware how fast things can flow here as there's no slowness when making requests etc., otherwise great product very happy customer.
