Review on Dexter Outdoors 20 Pizza Rocker by Marcia Wilson

I bought this knife a while ago to do exactly what this type of tool is used for. It works as advertised, but as another reviewer noted, it needs some tweaking to make it work as it should. After about 15 minutes of work with honing steel, he was ready to go. Despite frequent use, I did not have to sharpen the blade. It is worth noting that this can be a very dangerous tool. I don't remember seeing a sheath for this knife at the time of purchase, but if one can be found before or at the time of purchase I would highly recommend it. The knife is really too big for most modern kitchen drawers and the hanging holes are not in the best spot on the blade for hanging the knife in the pantry or anywhere else. I made a homemade case out of cardboard and a rubber band and hid it in my cupboard next to the pots and pans. It's a great tool and an absolute must if you enjoy making large homemade pizzas, but perhaps this knife should come with a sheath (or a non-original version that fits easily).
