First impressions were pretty good. The case looks really cool with RGB and it has a small fan that probably cools the SSD but I'm not sure how efficient it is. I plugged it into my computer and transferred files at 377MB/s through the USB 3.1 port with no problem. I had some issues with this case. First, I don't like the pin mechanism to open it. I think it should be easier to open and no tiny accessory needed. Second, there is a USB-A to USB-C adapter on the cable, but the manual says to use the adapter on the PC side, not on the case. I find this completely confusing and would prefer they simply didn't include an adapter if the device you plug it into is limited. on site! I tend to be pretty good at these things and I just couldn't put it in there without putting some uncomfortable pressure on the SSD. I tried removing the blank and installing the SSD first, but that turned out to be even more difficult. I ended up just flopping the SSD a few degrees. It works that way, but I'm pretty sure it's out of spec and could damage the SSD in some way over time. Overall it works, but I don't recommend it based on the fit.
