Works fine but I have a problem - please help

I bought two of these - of course I liked one so I bought the second one. Unfortunately, the plastic (rubber) over the MF button has come loose. or with a pen pushing the button itself, but that's pretty damn impractical. I couldn't find a way to contact you. Please help to solve this problem. Many Thanks.
