Worked exactly as I expected them to
Ideal for various types of automotive heat shields/shells. Use small scissors or wire cutters to carefully trim off the excess. I tighten them by hand and then cut. Over tightening (like pliers) will damage them as I have found myself. Works where plastic won't. They were very comfortable and I looked for them a couple of times.
