Any hair growth website will advise you to avoid shampoos that contain this chemical. as it strips the hair of its natural oils. My hair was very dry after using it, although it felt thicker. I see they recommend their conditioner after shampooing which I didn't have. Another claim that surprises me is that it can be used daily on the scalp to stimulate hair growth? Who washes their hair every day? Particularly aggressive chemicals.
