So that includes a case and a wireless keyboard and space for a first generation Apple Pencil (oh my god I love an Apple Pencil but that's about the case) . On the plus side, the case is solid and the 1st gen iPad is fairly well protected. The keyboard works fine. No trackpad, but that's ok. I still hate trackpads. Also, the keyboard can be turned off when you're not using it, which is a big plus. Cons - Requires a mini USB adapter to charge the keyboard. I really wish they would use a Lightning connector or at least USB-C. But now you need two separate iPad chargers and a keyboard case. It can also be difficult to turn around if you don't position the iPad part correctly. It's difficult to take pictures of unless I'm doing something wrong, but you have to flip the whole thing somehow, and closing the lid closes the screen. There is no screen protection. The first generation iPad screen gets very dirty with human sebum, so you need to put an oleophobic screen protector on it, then I think you are in a good place. even double the weight. But I've never felt safe working with a big boy without protecting him and that's not a big deal but something to keep in mind. Overall I give 4 stars.
