First cheerwing, great customer support. I had a problem with the first one I received and a few days later I had a replacement. I'm an experienced RC pilot so it was a lot of fun to fly this unit considering it was only $40. The picture quality is not bad considering the price. It also looks pretty solid, although to be honest I've never come across anything to test it out. It's light as some have commented and any breeze will affect the flight. Don't expect it to fly and hold its own like an expensive GPS drone. This is a drone that you need to constantly monitor and actively control the flight. He is extremely unlikely to hang in one place for very long without holding on to the handles. If you are patient, this could be a good drone to learn to fly. If you later upgrade to a more expensive model, you'll be way ahead of those who started with a more expensive device and relied on its electronics to hold it in place. I've had some very expensive drones that suddenly became unpredictable and luckily I was able to get them to the ground safely and avoid crashes and damage because I learned from these models that required active control. If you are impatient and expect the drone to fly by itself, this is probably not the best choice for you. They are likely to leave a bad review for a bad experience because it takes time to learn to fly.
