On the air didn't work at all.

I tested this walkie-talkie at Burbank Airport (BUR). Although I could hear the planes and control tower over the internet on ATC.net, I didn't hear anything on this radio. No control tower, not AWOS, not Unicom. Nothing. Very disappointing.
