Worked great 4 or 5 times

Ordered November 2019. Have used it maybe 5 times since then. Used it last night and it was hard between 275-300 degrees. Thrown in fried shrimp and the temp rose to 425 and two other thermometers confirmed it was over 400. Scraped off the hot fat and threw it in the bin. I will not buy again.
