Review on FireRoster by Kirt Phillips

I like that it has all my personnel information in one place so there's less chance of missing somebody or forgetting who you're supposed to be calling about something. It also helps keep track of training so we know what people are due when they need retraining. Not much as far as dislikes go, but maybe some features could use an update; however, that would require more resources/money than what's available right now. Great software if you want to manage your department in such a way that everyone knows where everything is. I like how easy it was to use when we first started using it. It has been very helpful in keeping track of our employees and their shifts. There are some features that could be improved upon but nothing too major. The best thing about this software so far is being able to keep up with who works where and what they do during each shift. We have also gotten more accurate information regarding overtime pay which helps us make better decisions.
